1. Click the Plugins and select the Add New.
2. Search the Elementor using the search bar.
3. Simply select Install Now. After it has finished installing, click Activate.
4. Go to Pages on the left of the screen and click Add New page.
5. You can click Edit with Elementor to create a page if you want to use Elementor as your page builder.
6. Change the title by going to the Settings section below, and then decide whether to save it as draft or to save it immediately by clicking the Publish.
