How to create a user in cPanel

1. Find the login details for your cPanel account, including the Username, Password, and Login URL.

2. Once you’ve found them, log in. For this tutorial, you’ll see the most common cPanel interface. Different hosting companies use different interfaces, but this is the standard. The majority of them use this interface.

3. Go to Email Accounts and enter the Email Address.

4. Next is Password. Click the Password Generator, then copy the generated password to a notepad or other secure location. Tick the box below to confirm you copied the password, and then click Use Password.

5. Following that, you must configure it on your computer. Under Actions, click More for more information.

6. After that, select Configure Email Client from the drop-down menu. You’ll have access to the majority of the settings with this. The Username will be your new email address, and the Password will be the one you just created.

7. For the Incoming Server, it will be mailed to your domain name. You can choose IMAP or POP. If you select POP, the email will be deleted from the server after it has been downloaded to your computer. If you choose IMAP, the email will continue to be stored after you download it, allowing you to view it on various devices. The disadvantage is that it will eventually fill up your web hosting account.

8. For the Outgoing Server, it varies depending on your internet provider.
