Clients must provide content, feedback, and access in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary information may impact timelines and costs.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Payment terms are outlined in invoices or agreements.
  • Deposits may be required to begin work.
  • Invoices are payable within the stated period (usually 14 days).
  • Late or overdue payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of assets they supply.
  • Christom retains ownership of custom code, frameworks, or tools unless otherwise agreed.
  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables.

7. Revisions & Scope

Quotes include specific scope and revision limits. Additional requests or changes outside this scope may incur extra costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Christom provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project or service in question.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Termination

  • Clients may terminate agreements with written notice but remain liable for work completed up to that date.
  • Christom may suspend or terminate services if terms are breached or payments remain unpaid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
