6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables.

7. Revisions & Scope

Quotes include specific scope and revision limits. Additional requests or changes outside this scope may incur extra costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Christom provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project or service in question.

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Termination

  • Clients may terminate agreements with written notice but remain liable for work completed up to that date.
  • Christom may suspend or terminate services if terms are breached or payments remain unpaid.
